A new venture by the owner’s of Kitchener's famous Charcoal Steakhouse (which Cricket renovated in 2006); Wildcraft combines the owner’s food and wine reputation with a modern interior, softened in the Arts & Crafts tradition. A large tasting bar flows out into a modern fire lit patio. The comfortable main dining room is accented by an open celebrity kitchen and a two-storey temperature controlled glass wine room.
The restaurant has averaged + $120,000 a week in sales since opening.
