The City of Burlington is redeveloping its waterfront. Spencer's creates a casual fine dining experience at the centre of it all. The150 seat room is light & modern but designed to be warm & cozy even on the coldest winter day. A 92 seat terrace patio has spectacular views of Lake Ontario.
The restaurant owner also owns the Ancaster Old Mill. Spencer's has joined the the Slow Food Movement & has arrangements w/ local organic farmer for its greens, meat and other key menu items.
