Located between Wonderland's signature mountain & the popular Top Gun ride, the Back Lot Cafe is designed to recall the architecture of Paramount's "desert-deco-styled" film studio buildings. Once inside, the new restaurant offers a healthier range of food options in a multi-station format. Customers choose and then exit through centralized cashes at each end. Pre-existing skylights were uncovered and refurbished to improve the dining experience.
